Oil change and is now leaking?

I did an oil change on my Cub Cadet Original, and now there seems to be an oil leak all around the lower part engine. I did the same to the rear end a while back. i changed the fluid in it and now the rear end is leaking. What could this be leading to? Do I need a new drain plug or something?

You should trace down where the leak is coming from, before you shot gun it with parts.
