Tire question and year of tractor
will 10.50s fit on a 8.50 rim, or will it look stupid, and could some one tell me what year my 1450 was manufactured? heres the serial # 2050066U53121

Hopefully someone with greater resources than I can help more. I'll say October of 1974-June of 1980.

right
the 8.5 rim is correct for the 10.5 tire. Actually carlisle recomende the 7 inch rim for their 23x10.5x12 tru powers, here are mine on a 8.5 rim.

Assuming that the digit missing from the number you posted is the last one and therefore your serial number is 53121_, it's November 1974.

Thanks mountain!! Those rims were sandblasted and primed and painted with cub cadet paint with a hardener added. I have not mounted on tractor yet. My tractor (127) is at a buddies house the last 2 months because it needed a new wire harness and full fluid change and points and everything else. I found it in a garage and has not run in 4 years so he is a mechanic and said he would just get it started so we could make sure it was ok. So he is doing the wording and the tune up stuff for me. I should have it back Friday I hope.

Look forward to seeing them mounted!
