PTO handle replacement on a LTX1045?

I'm need to replace the bent PTO handle on a Cub Cadet lawn tractor that I was given. How do I go about that?

This diagram might help. Note, mine was bent as well when I got it. I was able to bend it back and it's been fine ever since.
