Back from the dead in Maryland
 

Been using my 1811 for some 20 years to mow and plow.
(My first big purchase on eBay)

Recently, it started acting up, so I’ve shown it some love.
Replaced idler pulley, carburetor, then an ignition module.
Needless to say, it’s become my new-old hobby.

After watching a bunch of YouTube videos from various contributors,
I’ve decided to add the front hydro ports and the power tilt for my plow.

Stuff is starting to come in (merry Christmas to me)
Will probably wait until warmer weather to do the conversion because I work outside and I don’t want to be without my plow if we get snow.

I love mine. Although the 1862 starts better in the cold with that big car battery!
