Swisher mower
Has anyone ever had any experience with a Swisher pull behind mower? My 125 has NO mowing parts or attachments, even the front PTO assembly isn’t there anymore. It seems cost prohibitive to buy all the pieces and parts to make mine mow again, that’s why I’m interested in the Swisher; and my oldest son has expressed interest in mowing Is their build quality better than a typical big box store mower?

I know a member On MTF that has used them Behind their Cub Cadet 3000 and seem to Have good Performance with them
What size are You thinking ? I will say it will probably be cheaper to put Your 125 Back into Mowing condition. Because the Lowest cost 44-inch swisher is $2,369.95 |
I’m considering at least a 48”. I definitely don’t want a new 48” mower because they just seem flimsy.
Finding all the parts would be quite a challenge. I don’t have a mule drive, a PTO clutch or the linkage or the lever, the deck carriage or a deck. I’ve seen some on eBay but they’re in bad shape. I wish I could find a swap meet and buy the whole package. On the other hand, maybe I should just look for another NF that mows nicely. |

I used to have a couple 60" Swisher mowers. Never had much trouble with them.

Nice setup you have! What is a grassanator? I googled it and found irrelavent stuff.
