1440 transmissionm fluid check...where?

Hey all...first post here. Just picked up a 1440. I was able to download the owners manual, and it only shows how to DRAIN the fluid with a bolt next to the hydro filter. Mentions nothing about how to CHECK the level. so how/where do I do this?

Also. can anyone link me to a SERVICE manual I can download?

Under the seat is the oil check thingy.
