Release Rod Pin dimensions

Does anyone have the dimensions for the release rod pin for the manual lift handle? It's part number is IH-401456-R2 (See attached picture) I don't really feel like spending $40 plus shipping for a part that I can probably make for free for a Cub that I just Garbage picked.

Also, does anyone know the threading on the end as well?
