IH rear locking diff?

Hi all
I have read online that the rear end of a cub cadet is very similar to a dana 25 rear axle, if I am able to locate diff locker for a dana 25, would it work in my cub? I'd hate to weld it instead but I really want a locking diff, thank you!

You do realize a "Lincoln locker" will go very well in a straight line but not turn, as the front of a cub is light.
Thinking a twin turning brake setup might work better as the thing would be steerable. :bigthink:
