128 clutch release rod

Does anyone know if a clutch release rod off a narrow frame tractor the same as a wide frame? I ordered a new release lever but now I can’t find the rod for my 128. (It was missing a lot of parts )Or if someone knows the measurements of this part. Thanks

What is the part number of the new part that you ordered?

Part number

(547631-R2)that was the release lever. I’m looking for (544133-R3) this is the rod. Everywhere I look says it’s unavailable, but I have found a couple of narrow frame style levers and rods but idk if they will work.

The rod is nothing more than a length of threaded rod with a 90* bend on one end IIRC. Easy enough to fabricate.

The levers are available from CCS, see banner up top this page.

He has the rod as well

Thank you guys, I’m pretty good when it comes to the engine side of things but the other is a little tricky just because all the missing parts now I just sit back and wait on all parts to arrive!!

For your information: The rod from narrow frame is a different part number than that of your 128. A rod for124 narrow frame uses 393124-R1...... whereas you have 544133-R3. While the numbers are different, I can't tell you whether if they can be interchangeable one way or the other.

Maybe this will help you....
I have a 1200 which uses the same rod as your 128
A NF rod will not work because the return spring is attached at the angle as shown in pics and the NF rod is does not have enough length going through the arm to accommodate the spring.
