Need help in identifying deck model
 

New member here.

I picked up a used HDS 2165 last year. I kind of knew the deck probably wasn't original equipment. All I could locate was these had at least 48" decks. This one measures about 46". There are 3 blades that all measure about 16". The idler pulley recently froze that caused the deck belt to smoke a bit. I replaced the pulley (best guess from the Agway) and freed up the idler arm (also tight). I wanted to replace the belt but my local Agway CC dealer said without a model they really couldn't help. I ended up wrapping a rope around the pulleys and measured about 103". They happened to have a 954-03039 belt on hand that said it was a 103" x 1/2 belt. It did fit but I'd like to know the correct belt.
I've searched out decks from 44" and up but couldn't locate one that matches up to what I have. There is another pulley that appears to be to wide (not a 1/2 pulley) that should probably be replaced (2nd from left in the deck top pic).

I'm looking for a good parts diagram and or model number.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

To answer my own question after an afternoon of searching, this deck is a 208 (190-208-100) - Cub Cadet 44" Mower Deck.

In 1999-2001, the 2165 had an optional 46" hi vacuum deck. I still have the brochure.

I've been looking for replacement 42" decks for my 2164. Finding the right deck is interesting.
