Cub cadet 1650 belt too small after adding mule drive
 

Hi Everyone
I had to stop using my 1250 because it was smoking bad. So i got a cheap 1650 that runs great. after taking the mule drive off the 1250 and putting it on the 1650 the drive belt for the mower deck is too short. seems like 2 to 4 inches too short. even with the belt changing lever pushed all the way to the big slot and the adjust ment pully adjusted all the way back.
Is there any way to adjust the deck or something to correct this or should i just buy a bigger belt?
