PTO clutch part# question

I'm needing a pto clutch for a LTX1050VT. Cub Cadet list 2 different clutches/numbers for my model#, how do I know which one is the correct part? I tried customer service but it was no help. Thanks.

You will need your serial # and then you can look it up on Cub Cadet's parts web site.

I looked it up on the Cub site by model#, didn't see anywhere to enter a serial#. The search results show 2 different clutches with different #'s.

You NEED the serial number and maybe the PTO's offered in the group of serial numbers for your particular model are based on deck sizes and perhaps some other factors

I can't find anywhere on the site to enter serial# only model#, when I tried entering the serial it said no results.
As I said 2 part#'s come up but customer service said there was only one, said the other was mechanical not elect. even though it has wires.
One of the numbers shows up in many searches, the other # which customer service suggested
only comes up with matches a couple of times but one site did cross them over/match them, could it just be a confused # thing?
Here's the Cub page showing 2 but giving no info about any differences between them...

Are you using the above link in the header "Cub Cadet - Service and Parts Look up"?

Click on that and then click on Cub Cadet in the square box down the page to enter your model #. You should see some choices you what year and and serial # of your tractor.

Thank you. My model # comes up as both 2009 and before, and 2010 and after. Still didn't find serial# input. I followed what you said and I come up with the same 2 part#'s both matching model# and years, only difference I can find is the price
