KT 17 fuel pump
 

I think I need a new fuel pump as I smell gas and oil is slightly above full. Do I need to pull intake manifold to get to the two bolts on fuel pump or should I replace pump with an electric Facet 60304?

I use the Facet pumps on all my Mags. I use 40177. it is 1-2 psi.

No, you do not need to remove the manifold just be careful not to loose the bolts.
I will not use electric pumps, good old mechanical work for 30 or so years before they go bad.
Do get the oil changed ASAP as gas thinned oil will cause very bad things to happen to the internal engine parts making them escape to the outside.:bigeyes:
