Fuel pump

Hello fellow cub cadet fans!
My 982 started surging after its only 2nd snow plow adventure. If you give it 1/2 choke it smooths out, obvious too lean. When I had engine running on a stand this fall it was fine with the tank mounted above carb.Thinkin fuel pump is weak, does anybody sell a rebuild kit? Thanks Tractorguy:American Flag 1:
