I'll go look at it Sunday, does IH cub make a chain drive . If so what model?:American Flag 1:

There are no chain drive IH Cub Cadet garden tractors.

BruteForce: The Rear Engine Rider (RER) Cadet Mowers of the 1970's & early 80's (the "bathtubs") were the only IH Lawn & Garden units (other than tillers) which utilized a chain drive.
