front wheels

Hello all;
I have 4 inch wide wheels on the front of my 129.I have a question for all of the experts on this site that know a whole lot more than I do. Here it is, will the 16-6.5-8 tires fit on these wheels/ Do I need to stay with the 4.80-8 tires?

On the 1x8/9 Series Cubs, there were one set of Steering Knuckles and two choices of Rims...
