A couple more loader pics finally
 

Was finally able to get into my machine shed because of warmer temps (door not frozen shut under 4 inches of ice!) I promised a few more pics of my Johnson loader. I know how we all enjoy loaders. Someone was also looking for pics of the pump mount and frame mounts. I have a copy of the Johnson manual for wideframes and the mounts and pump mount/location are factory as far as I can tell. A PO added the extra wiring to the right mount which will be removed. Methos, the last pic shows the right stantion with valve and is where the hydraulic resevoir is. The red hose goes to the pump and is the feed line. Finally got the 129 unloaded and hope to get it in the shop tomorrow to start working on it, getting it ready to have the loader mounted. Will have more pics once mounted on the 129. Anyone looking for any certain pics, just let me know. :ThumbsUp:Here ya go Methos and everyone else!!!:beerchug:

Mine stained my shoe:biggrin2: I like the location of the pump. It gives you clearance if you want to plow with it. Does it line up with the back of the engine? My Danco was pretty low but I could plow with it. You going to do anything to it before you mount it on the 129?

It looks like the tower is leaking now that I go back and look at it again. And the pump does run of the back of the engine. I think that's a great location for it.

I think you have been too busy cataloging Jude's powerball win :biggrin2::bouncy:. The red hose is the intake hose for the pump. Runs from the bottom of the right stanchion to the pump. She's been oozing from down there and I'll replace that hose. Glad it's not the valve!! That could've been a problem :bash2:. Yepper, the pump should line up with the back of the motor. Just gotta add a pulley back there. Finally got the 129 in the shop and hope to get it ready for the loader mount. Gonna clean up the loader and put it on the 129 and see how it works. Then I'll modify as needed. I'll snap more pics as I start to put it on. Can't wait to see your replacement FEL. Should be gettin' close to the unveil?:bigthink:

Better a hose leak then anything else! You going to have a hose made up for it or make your own? it's getting closer to that time but Jude's been working me to hard on his score! I'm glad I got it before Jude bought the guy out!:biggrin2: It's just sitting down there waiting for me to come get it.

So your loader is coming from the same place as Jude's Holy Graceland? This gentleman must have had a ton of stuff! The hose in question is a low pressure hose. Appears to be plain hose with a hose clamp at each end. Should be an easy fix from my end. Will eventually replace the rest of the hoses and will have these made. Wanna make sure there are no hidden issues before I spring for those! Can't wait to see pics of the replacement FEL.

Yep same place. I got tried of trying to selling the loader for the guy and Jude stepped up to the plate and we're both upgrading. My Danco to the replacement FEL and Jude from a shovel to Danco!:LMAO1:

Those hoses can hurt the wallet once you start having someone make them for you. Good thing it's a low pressure line.
