Flywheel pulley/pto clutch plate on 71

When I serviced the pto a few weeks ago I noticed the flywheel/clutch plate was loose, so I tightened the 2 set screws up. I noticed a couple days ago a rattling noise coming from that area, it's the flywheel pulley all loose again:bigthink:.

My question is: Should the flywheel/clutch plate have another set screw on top of 1st one?? Like on the pto?? If not, is threadlock the way to go or what:bigthink:

Uh oh,
I had that problem on a 147.Check the key in it may be bad,or the key way is bad on the pulley. If it is try a longer key and set it as far back on the key slot as possible.Use the appropriate thread locker.I think you only can get one set screw in on that pulley as it it is not a deep as a PTO.

Thanks Lew:beer2: Will check those items out, thanks for the advice!! I didn't think you could get another set screw in there. Thanks again:biggrin2:
