Ccc 782 rearend question
 

I have the opportunity to buy a ccc (yellow and white) 782. I would be buying this site unseen. The owner says it has a cast iron black painted rearend with fine spline axles. Does this sound correct ? I thought all the ccc's had the aluminum rear with fine splines.

And the owner says that it also has factory installed front hydro ports. Would that make it a rare 784 ?.

Can someone please advise me on this.

Joe, would this be the 782 on CL in Cleveland?

If the serial number is below 719,999, it has a CI rear with fine spline axles and the cast carrier.

the one in Virmilion. I dont know if it is listed on the cleveland one also.

What happened Joe??

Seems this guy has told JUNIORS and I that we both have finalized deal to come pick this machine up.

I offered him $250 for it and JR offered his deal and the guy told both of use to come get it. It is ruffly 130 miles from me. I don't know how far it for JR. But it sure would have been bad news for one of use when we got there.

We are discussing what to do with the guy now.
