Tiller Mule Drive

Just installed a #2 tiller on a CC 105, and before I use it too much I wanted to make sure the mule drive is set up right. Can anyone tell by the picture if it is or not?:bigthink:

That spring needs to be replaced with an eye bolt, and it looks like the right side pulley bracket might be bent slightly.
