Adding Front power outlet to 1450

Hi,

I would like to add front hydraulic power outlet to my 1450. What is needed? Control lever and valve is that enough? And can I use same kind of valve that is used originally for deck lift? Does anyone have pics of quiet line with this option? I would like to see where valve is installed etc.

You can go here and type in 1450 for the Model and follow the Pop Up Menus to the correct area..... http://www.cubcadet.com/webapp/wcs/s...1_1100505_Y_-1

Most of the parts needed for the Front Hydraulic Outlets are NLA from Cub Cadet. You may have to search Salvage Yards and Auction Sites to find the parts. The tubing can be acquired at a local Auto Parts Store (Brake Tubing) and the front Couplers can be purchased from Parker Hydraulics.

I did the exact same thing to my 1650. You will need the double spool valve, the lines that run to the front, the female couplers and fittings, the second spool control lever, don't forget the connection links. You will also need the lines that run from the hydro to the spool valve. If you want it to look factory you wil need all these items. I was able to get them on epay. I have seen at a plow day a guy went with a green spool and routed one on each side. I also have a connection where I can get the male couplers that fit the factory female couplers if you or anybody would be interested at a fair price.:BlahBlah:

Tero,

Here is a factory dual hydraulic set up on my 1650.
The dual spool valve is mounted in the same place as the single one.

Oops! Sorry, I forgot to rotate the picture.
You get the idea though.
