I dont know the model #, but it's not a 'big box store model'...it came from a dealer for sure........ You can see EVERY pass he made across the yard. The JD marks it's territory by leaving a 'wind row' of cut grass, complete with a big clump/blob every 2'-3' or so. It looks really bad!
My 50" and 44" decks mounted under either a 1250, 1450, or 1712, have never left rows or clumps..................

You are correct, all the big box stores mowers do that regardless of "color".
