Agree with that ! This time of year , Im buying what needs work . The enjoyment I get out of this is working on them , repairing them , improving them . I'd prefer to build equity vs buy someone elses . Then , when the warm weather hits , they hit the street !!
On another note ............unless you have LOCAL OCC members or readers reading this site , Im finding it easier to sell on Craigslist and out on the street where people can actually see what they're buying . Hard to justify driving lotsa miles these days when there are so many Cubs available locally.
