The pumps them selves are the same but the output "drive" shaft that goes into the reduction housing is different. There are 2 different gear ratio's . One for the super's and one for the GT's. So there are 2 different tooth counts on the output "drive" shafts. If I remember correctly, it is a 2 tooth difference (66 for the gt's and 68 for the super's) .

The supers are lower geared to make up for the increased tire diameter.

The rears are the same, just the reduction gears "ratio's" are different.
