Well, I got the 55 pounds of weights installed in their hidden location.

My WAG of the hole locations worked out just fine, I didn't have to match drill through anything important.

With the addition of my hidden weights, sleeve hitch, spring assist and modified
hitch I guess I have added 100 pounds to the back of the QL 1000.

Now the mice and mud will have a harder time getting in the battery box!!

I also changed the 6 bolts that holds the transmission to the frame to grade 8 just in case that connection does not like all that additional weight!!
If it ever snows, I have a set of loaded 10.50's with chains standing by, so with a quick tire swap, the QL 1000 should be ready to go.
Until then, the QL will do light yard work duty, waiting for spring, complete dis-assembly, and a new paint job.
