Default #4 trailer

Just wondering....anyone have the height of a #4 trailer from the bottom of the tire to the top of the side? Need to know how tall they are when hooked up to a tractor on level ground.

Thank you to who ever posted this picture many moons ago - I copied it some time ago and saved it.

Also....

How is the tires attached? A cotter pin runs through the end of the axle? Anyone have a close up picture of the wheel mounted on the axle as well as the under side of the trailer, how the axle is attached to the bed of the trailer.
