For those of you who have this model or the 42", I need a couple of measurments. I bought mine without the chute control rod (the long rod with handle that turns the chute) and the rod gaurd (the small rod coming up from the side of the thrower that has a small eye-let bent in the end for the chute control rod to go through) I'm looking for the total length of the long rod from the coupling to the handle and the total length of the small rod from end to end. The small rod should pull out from its slot to get a total length or just eyeball it. Also the inside diameter of the eye-let would be great. I have bought the 3/8" rod and a new u-joint and plan to make my own with a improved handle. Will post pictures as soon as completed. Thanks for any help with these measurments.
