Thanks. The 1330 is a fine machine for cutting grass, infact the best in a list of riding mowers ive had which includes a couple deeres and craftsman mowers but my focus here is the 102. This is the first shaft drive tractor ive had and it is just cool in every way. The fact that it has a real clutch, real trans, cast iron everything supported by a real frame in such a small package built before i was born and still runs just amazes me. Everything on this tractor was made to last(even the seat is in near perfect condition).
Took me a few hours to cut the front panel, space the lights, make brackets and run wires and switch for headlights. The tail light is a combination brake/turn signal light from pepboys that i welded a bracket to painted yellow. added silver reflectors on inside and replaced bulb with a 194 amber bulb and wired to ignition run so always on with engine running.
The plow was a bit trickier cause brackets were weird. Had cut and welded front bracket and weld ear on lift rod to work with plow, after winter gonna look for replacement front bracket so i can later put the deck on if i want, That deck needs alot of work, may look for a replacement aswell. its a work in progress but looks ready for snow work this year. got snow chains in package deal with plow.
