Matt is right. But you will be fine with Stens. My 106 is all stens stuff and its held up for many years now. I like the kohler rods better, the way the rod bolts togeather.

Can you post us some pics of the eng where its leaking?

You should see the 38 hp comand pro i have in the shop now to rebuild. Its the worst Ive ever seen. The inner air filter failed and sucked dirt in and sand blasted everything! When you stick your hands in the cylinder bore theres a ridge in the bottome thats like a ski jump its so worn. It was using a qt of oil a day! Its on a stump grinder. I think the guy is going to short block it as its going to be cheapier and he will get a 2 yr warenty with the short block rather than the 30 day from us.
