Well, I found my answer AND scored a new #4 trailer!

Needs a little work on the paint, but its solid as the day it rolled outta the showroom. Latch & tongue has been rebuilt. Only thing wrong with it is a VERY slight bend in the tailgate. I am pretty happy with it considering the age of it as well as the work I am sure it has seen.
