Default 2084 - Fuse Question and Oil In Carb

I had a no-start problem, traced it to the fuse that is next to the battery, just a red and black wire terminating in a fuse block. I have a 30 amp fuse in it, just read in the 2086 thread that this should be 20 amp. The fuse was powering the starter circuit, but when I wiggled it I seem to have powered up the ignition circuit as well (doesn't make sense, but I saw it happen!). Started right up after that, but the fuse block got very hot, though the 2 wires stayed cool.

So, not sure why that would heat up that much once running. I plan to put a 20 amp fuse in and see if it holds.

The 2nd thing was oil dripping out of the breather hose at the carb while running, a drop every few seconds. I feel like I just read about this somewhere here but can't remember the cause, or fix.
