Default 126 QA42A snowthrower belt adjust ?
Ok after mounting the blower and adjusting the belt with the hand screw should you tighten the 4 bolts that mount the pulley plate to the main blower frame.

The 4 bolts are loose so you can adjust the belt they are in elongated holes.
