The seat mount is pretty different between a 122 and a 1250, so I wouldn't bet on the same set of holes lining up in both. Some seats have a lot of different holes in the bottom, but unfortunately IH used a configuration that no one else did. Most generic seats won't fit without making an adapter plate.
