Thanks gitrdone Im looking at your link.

Here was what I was thinking. If I bend the mule drive where the red lines are and then weld it and brace with a piece of metal I can then mount it upside on the front of the tractor. I was thinking about drilling holes and bolting it on to the front of the frame. Of course there is some tweaking that would have to be done and I would be limited to only a couple of weights due to the size of the drive. See picture below
