I found the answer to that issue last night with one of my other computers. It had the newest IE9 installed on it and it would not show anything on that page either. All my other computers have IE8 and it works fine with them. I uninstalled the IE9 and restarted the PC which will load the prior IE8 back. It worked like a dream after that. So uninstall your current version of IE and restart your computer. You should be good to go.
