I use 8oz of Dawn per tire and don't have any problems. My cubs are in a unheated garage that never gets bellow 45 and I am in the south.
Get Rim Guard aka Beet juice if you make sure the dogs will be safe if it leaks out. It's also gives you more lbs per gallon then anything else.
