Windshield Washer fluid is usually 1/3 methanol and 2/3 water. As far as being toxic it really isn't much different than a bottle of booze. And if there is a spill the methanol will evaporate in a short time.
WWF has a weight of 7.6 lbs per gallon if the mixture is a 1/3 meth mix.
The last time I checked WWF is much cheaper than RV or reg antifreeze.
