drive shaft questions
guys, i don't know how to insert a page on a post, so please bear with me. in the chassis service manual for a 1x8/9 & QL series on page 2-23, where it shows the drive shaft assembly. number 5, "bushing" is used on S/N 612808 and above, what was the difference on tractors with a lower serial number? was it a longer loading spring? would it be better to have one? or not? as soon as i get the gas tank filled for the heater, i am gonna redo my clutch on the 108. i've ordered brand new everything from one end to the other and i thought that i'd ask to see what everyone else thought. thanks very much, jeff
