i took a quick shot of the two after the initial cleaning, and had to bring them back inside to check for loose/broken parts. the thrower works a little better with the powdery snow. the auger repair turned out to be a set screw collar on each end. sometimes the simplest things work. a weld on the frame for the plow broke, nothing major. it does need some bracing however. for a shoemaker job it's holding up well. going back at it again this a.m.
bring on the next storm!!!!
