Well I had to fix the trunion(knew it was bad). Here is what I found and the repair process. 1st I cut the peices to weld to the arm. Fit them just right and weld it up. Used a flat file to make it just right. Re-install springs (used) plate. I just have to adjust the neutral of the pump. The last ans first picture is how I found it.
