the pins were very reasonable i thought at 1.69 for the 3/4 ones and1.99 for the 1 1/4 ones

How long did it take to convert this? Anything special required, or is it along the lines of...
1. remove old drive shaft.
2. Cut to fit (I'm told there's a score line).
3. Bolt in creeper box.
4. reinstall drive shaft.
