I lived on a private road in Wilmington Mass back in the 1980's.
The contractor built the road too narrow by a couple feet, so it was never accepted.
We were lucky, the town took care of the road for us.
I feel for you!! The neighbors would have never agreed on buying 1 bag of concrete!!
