You'll need both the angle drive gearbox and the mount
I would also suggest find a spring assist since the tiller is a bit heavy.
Left side is the IH spring assist for narrow frames. Right side is the Brinly spring assist for narrow frames.
Manual transmission NF can use both ( I have both on my 122 ) while only the IH can be used on hydro models due to lack of space in between the hydro unit and the outer fender upright.
