I believe that's a cub cadet hydrostatic prototype. They used the original to test out hydros. I remember reading somewhere they had to do some adjustments to the hydro lever. When they first tried it, it was so touchy, it pulled the front tires off the ground without any wheelie bars on back. I think it is/was owned by Charlie Ricketts????
