came across a guy selling a 147 needs a seat and a little wiring issues but starts and runs says the carb could use a cleaning. Below is what the ad states

I have a cub cadet 147 that runs but needs some tlc. It has a 14hp kohler engine with hydrostatic transmission and electric lift. It needs a new seat, the pto engagement handle needs repaired, and it has some wiring issues. It does run fine but you have to jump a wire to the coil. It was like that when I bought it and believe it needs a new switch. The lights and electric lift both work at times, probably just a loose connection somewhere or bad switch. The carb could use a cleaning too.


My question is would it be worth $250 if these are the only problems it has.
