While you are cleaning the fuel tank, make sure to check the screen/mesh at the the fuel cutoff valve. These Cub diesels effectively have 3 fuel filters. Kind of see a pattern? The injector pump MUST have clean fuel to function, and as Matt points out don't forget the Power Service additive to compensate for today's low-sulfur diesel.
Ditto on the fuel lines. Make sure to plug up the ends before you fish them through the chassis, it's filthy in there and it will go right into the new lines defeating the purpose.
