Allen, what about a wide rubber band. A black one should hide in there nicely. I have the same issue with the 147, the new cap I got just sits in the steering wheel and will constantly be falling off. One other option is clear silicone. I've glued center caps onto car wheels before with it and they stayed. When you want to remove it the silicone can be peeled away without damage.
