No need to change the grill out, just get a light set, they will bolt up where the blank cover bolts up to ( the four little 1/4" bolts near the hood bolts). Ive done the wiring on mine "homemade", used a toggle switch and ran the wires along the wiring harness. I put the toggle switch where the lighter would go in the dash, that way I didn't have to drill any holes. Works great
