Adding hydraulics to a narrow frame hydro
Ok guys. I really want a hydro lift on the 105 but can't afford a factory lift. I have an old Bolens hydro tractor with lift cylinder, hoses and control valve. This runs of an Eaton pump that also runs the trans. So if I fabbed up some brackets to get the cylinder mounted, how would I plumb it? Would I need to swap in a ported hydro from an 82 series tractor? One just sold near me for like $45 on epay. I am more interested in usability than originality. Thanks for the help. Oh yeah the control valve that is on the parts tractor has three ports and the lift had up/down and float originally.
