The one shown is for a wide frame (it will fit your 1650) EXCEPT, there are 2 kinds of 1650!!

One uses the pin shown in the diagram, the other uses special bolts.

Look at your frame and see if the holes are smooth or threaded.

The one thing not shown in any of the sketches is the angles or offsets of the parts that will be welded.

I fabricated one, it was simple enough, but, luckily I tack welded it first and found out where I needed offsets.

The long bar is 1/2" thick. I fabed the rear piece from square tube.
